1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products and coaching services provided by Angela Carr. By purchasing, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (AUDIO DOWNLOADS)

Digital products are provided for educational purposes only. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations upon access. All digital downloads are for personal development and educational purposes only. Do not listen to hypnotherapy or meditation audios while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention.

3. COACHING SERVICES

Coaching services do not constitute therapy or medical advice. Clients accept full responsibility for their decisions and actions. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

4. TERMS OF SALE: UK CONSUMER (B2C) & BUSINESS (B2B) RULES

  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales: All B2B purchases are strictly final. No statutory cooling-off periods apply. Both parties agree that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to business transactions.
  • Consumer (B2C) Digital Goods Waiver: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, your 14-day right to cancel digital downloads or online courses is waived once downloading or streaming begins, provided you gave express consent at checkout.
  • Consumer (B2C) Coaching/Hypnotherapy Services: If you book a live 1-to-1 session, you agree that if you request the service to start within the 14-day cancellation period, you lose your right to cancel and will be charged for any services delivered prior to cancellation.

5. THRIVECART PLATFORM & DIGITAL DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

  • Third-Party Architecture: Payments and digital fulfillment are processed via ThriveCart.
  • Technical Liability Cap: We are not liable for any temporary platform downtime, failed webhook connections, delayed email delivery of login credentials, or checkout interruptions caused by ThriveCart or your local internet service provider.
  • Fulfillment Support: If you experience a digital delivery failure, contact our support team immediately to receive manual access to your materials.

5. WARRANTIES

Hypnotherapy and coaching outcomes depend entirely on individual dedication, background, and personal application. We make no guarantees, promises, or warranties regarding specific behavioral changes, mental shifts, or financial success resulting from accessing any of our products or services.

6. VIP COACHING PROGRAMMES

Certain services require an application process. Submission of payment does not guarantee acceptance; if not accepted, a full refund will be issued.

7. MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Hypnotherapy and coaching are not substitutes for professional medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, or psychological treatment.

  • Consult Your Doctor: If you have, or suspect you have, a medical or mental health condition, consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something contained within these Services. You should not undergo hypnotherapy if you have epilepsy, heart issues or a psychotic disorder such as schizophrenia. You should consult a medical professional before booking a hypnotherapy session or listening to a hypnotherapy audio if you have any concerns

8. GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

  • Target Jurisdiction: These Services are operated from the United Kingdom. They are intended for clients in the UK and select international jurisdictions outside of the European Union.
  • EU Prohibition: We do not market, sell, or target our Services to individuals residing within the European Union (EU).
  • Void Where Prohibited: If you access or purchase our Services from an EU member state, you do so in violation of these terms, and your access may be terminated without a refund.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angela Carr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of digital products or participation in coaching or hypnotherapy services. 9.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 9.3 Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the seller’s total liability to you shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service from which the liability arose.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials are the intellectual property of Angela Carr and are provided for personal use only.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
